Your support is needed!

Your support is needed for ongoing activities and to pave the way for future projects aimed at enhancing the park as a natural habitat and as an educational resource.

·        To support the day-to-day maintenance of the park.

o      Trail maintenance and development

o      Reseeding of the wildflower garden

o      Ongoing maintenance and care of the butterfly gardens

o      Poison ivy control

o      Fire ant control

o      Stock dog waste dispensers

o      Exotic species removal
 

·          To support present and future educational activities

o      Website development

o      Development of online nature tours

o      Development of printed materials for educational outreach to neighborhood schools

o      Printing of park brochure

o      Yearly “Green Day in the Park”

o      Expansion of the newsletter

o      Wireless Wilderness development

 

·         To support future projects that enhance the park as a natural habitat

o      Additional butterfly gardens

o      Directed improvement of the habitat to support birds and butterflies
